Participate in our WebCast Discussions:

NSA hosts a monthly public webcast meeting with a predefined agenda to introduce the services of NSA and to focus on at least one feature topic of current interest in the world of neuroscience. We will utilize the power of WebEx^TM to make this discussion available to any who would like to participate. With WebEx^TM, we will be able to show all participants example slides and images to best explain how NSA's technology will assist and accelerate research. Chris Massei will host the discussion and Dr. Switzer will be a permanent participant along with occasional guest experts. To attend one of our meetings, select the meeting time at which you desire to attend (we have multiple meetings with the same agenda to accommodate participants in different time zones), then follow the instructions below. A small plug in application is required to participate in the meeting-you will be prompted to download the plug in when you open the url to attend the meeting. We welcome everyone, from all parts of the world and from all backgrounds (scientific or not) to attend and participate or to just observe.

3. Select the option to register for the meeting (if you sign up in advance) or select "join now" if you did not pre-register.
4. You will be asked for basic information (name and email address), then you will receive an email with a link to the meeting and a toll free conference call number to use at the specified start time.

What is our Web Consultation Tool?

WebEx^TM is a third party software tool that NSALabs® uses to help connect us remotely to our clients.

With WebEx^TM, we have the ability to share the same "screen" from our computer to yours (and vice versa). Leveraging this technology we can create the effect of having two or more meeting participants view a digital image together as if they were looking through the same microscope image.

• WebEx^TM is firewall "friendly" so as long as you have an internet connection, we should be able to meet.
• Services charges while using WebEx^TM will be billed at the same rate as if we had traveled to meet with you (minus the travel expenses, of course!)

This service is one more way we are trying to accommodate as many clients as possible, in the most cost and time efficient means possible.
